6. Tracking your Issues, Bugs, Risks, etc.

Celoxis is an all-in-one solution, which means that it provides a single interface not only for your project tasks but also for managing issues, risks, bugs, change requests and project approvals and other workflows. We call them Apps in Celoxis.
By default, we provide 6 apps, namely

  • Bug
  • Issue
  • To Do
  • Risk
  • Change Request
  • Project Approval

Among these, 3 are already enabled in your account:

  • Bug
  • Issue
  • To Do

To enable the other apps:

  1. Go to the Administration page.
  2. Scroll down to the Custom Apps section.
  3. Click on Apps.
  4. In the dialog that opens click on Import Apps action and select the app you need to enable.

    Thanks for the explanation. In order to configure issue tracking, I added "Issue" via the apps section. The tool requests to set up "State managers". Is it possible to configure multiple state managers?
