Announcing the New Support Center!

We are pleased to launch our new unified support center! This is one place from where you can submit and track your tickets, participate in forums, vote on ideas, and much more. To top it all, you don't have to create yet another login/password. The help center is integrated with your application which means that you will be automatically logged in once you click on the "Help" link in the application.

How to Upgrade? (Installable Customers Only)

If you are our hosted customer, you don't need to do anything. Your account is already linked to the new system. If you are an installable version customer, you will need to upgrade to version 5.0.7 to start using help desk. You should have already received an email about how to upgrade. If you can't find the email contact us and we will send you the instructions again.

Where's the previous help desk?

If you have opened tickets in the old help desk The previous help desk system is still accessible here, although it won't accept new tickets any more.
