    I really like the new UI, it's modern and looks great. Just a little discomfort to the eyes since it's really bright. The old one had colour separation for tasks which was easier to read/view. However, overall, great changes.

    Mustafa, i couldn't agree more... :) I love the new UL but the brightness is abit of an issue for me too.. i dug around for any settings that might help but no luck there...

    Still a great effort team!!

    I love the interface, and I think the use of white is great.   The best websites are crisp and uncluttered.  Google.com, piratebay.se etc.

    If you do decide to change it, please give the user an option to 'dull' it down.

    Thank you for the great feedback. It is our constant endeavor to improve our offerings. When you guys say the new UI looks a tad too bright, which visual element is primarily discomforting to the eye? Is it the white background in the panels or the chart colors?

    @Sanket, the main project tasks' background is too white with faded grey text on it. The font colour should be much darker, plus a little bit of colour to separate summary tasks.

    @Mustafa, Thanks for your feedback. We will keep your inputs & suggestions in mind. The font colors on the interactive gantt are unchanged from v6.5. The font family, however has changed and we are using a web font, which is a bit thinner than its 6.5 counterpart.

    Based on your inputs & suggestions, we have made the following changes:

    1. Overall application gray color is a shade darker.
    2. Summary tasks in Gantt are made bold for easy visual identification.

    Really like the new UI and updates, great job, though agree with some posters above that in some cases there's not enough separation of areas (eg dashboard areas, though getting used to it now). The one issue I've noticed is when filling out tine entries, when I tab from the Project dropdown field to the tasks field, the tasks field is not being auto filled with the relevent tasks for the project selected, I have the tab into the next field then shift-tab back to have the tasks appear which is awkward and slowing down my detailed time entries. Haven't found this mentioned elsewhere but if I've missed it or there's a better place to report such issues please let me know.
