Celoxis Expenses - allocate to subtasks

    1. There is no restriction on adding expense on just to the first level of tasks. You can select tasks belonging to deeper levels also. Refer the following screenshot.

    2. Also, you can either add expenses from the View Details page of the task and select Add Expense under More menu OR from a Task report by clicking on the "☰" icon besides the task name and selecting Add Expense. Refer following screenshot.

    3. On the Edit task pop-up -> Advanced tab, you can specify your Non-Labour cost or estimated expenses in Cost(Est, Material). Once you submit the expenses and approve it, expenses will reflect in Cost(Act, Non-Labour). 

    You can select these columns in reports or the Interactive Gantt and compare them.
