    You can select requestor column in which you can see the names of the requestors who has reported the bug

    Yes Michael, I can. But, since requestor column contains only names, I can't differentiate between the beta testers and our QA very easily.

    You can create a custom formula field for the workflow Bug tracking application through which you can easily differentiate between bugs reported by your QA and the beta tester. Lets see how to do it.

    1. Create a custom formula field with formula: ${process.requestor != null && process.requestor.isClient ? 'Beta Tester' : 'QA'}
    2. Select 'Text' as 'Formula Data Type' and select the application (Bug).
    3. Attach this custom field to a Process Type.

    Now, select this column in your bug tracking report. You can filter, sort and group your data with this custom formula field.

    Please refer this link 'http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kq1boQMKZs4' to know more about custom field.
