We are running 5.1.0 in a local install.
We have not used the client functionality before but would now like to start to share documents with the clients on certain implementation projects instead of using Google Docs documents.
When I ran some tests I seem to be unable to prevent Clients from filing processes. We have enough trouble with keeping the processes moving for the internal people since most often the checkbox to inform the requestor is forgotten when comments are added since that is not the default. So, processes tend to fall into a black hole because nobody gets a notification of the updates. Also, we only want to allow Clients to access documents that we make available, not start any discussions.
Can the access of clients be restricted that way? There are only 3 checkboxes in the Client Privileges section and neither one allows me to block access to the Processes and the Discussions. Note that we need to use the discussions and processes internally but we do not want the customer to be able to start them.
Can anybody help?
