Process requestor security setting

    Yes, if you uncheck the 'View' privilege for the 'Anyone' role, the user who created the process will be able to see it, till he does a state transition.

    However, can you please send me a screenshot of the page where you see the 'AppEveryoneRole' role? Thanks.

    Is that possible for user who create the process to see his requests all the time, even if the 'View' privilege for the 'Anyone' is unchecked? 

    Now is like only if requestor is assigned then his can see his own request.

    If the user is the 'Requestor', he will be able to see the process if you have select the 'Use Requestor Field?' option on the New/Edit process page. See attached screenshot.

    Not at the moment. I will however pass this on to my engineering team and check if the default can be changed in future.

    My engineering team has added the fix where the ''Use Requestor Field?' option' is now checked by default when you create a new process type.
