One of my client has submitted a ticket, but when he runs the report 'Processes requested by me', he is not able to find his requested ticket.

    It looks like you have not selected the 'Use Requestor field' filed for your process type and hence, when your client/user, creates a process, there is n Requstor field associated with the process (in your case the Ticket). To enbale this option, follow the steps below :

    1. From the main menu, click Settings > Company.    
    2. Under Workflow section, click Workflow Applications.
    3. Select the application. Click Process Types.
    4. Click on the Edit link for your process.  
    5. On the Edit page, you will see a 'Use Requestor Field?' option. Select this and click on Submit.

    Now, you will be able to see Requestor for the processes.
