The difference between Work(hr) and Hour(est)?

Kindly explain the difference between these two task attr: Work(hr) and Hours(est). Tried to create a task seems their value is same.

These both fields are the same. On the New/Edit task page the field name is Work (h) and in report it is Hours(Est) and hence, both the columns are available.
