For such a kind of resource leveling is the task's dates important to you or the utilization of the resources?

Utilization of the resources? You mean the RLC? How can this or the task date solve the problem?

Could you please give an example?

    Thanks

By utilization of resources, I mean the allocation of resources i.e units (100%, 50% or 10h, 5h)

When the allocation is important and you do not want your resources to be over-allocated, the finish dates of the task might be affected. For e.g
If you allocate User A (assuming 8 hours work time and task starts on 1st) to task 3 for 20 hours, the an optimal allocation would be 8, 8, 4 which will cause the finish date to move to 3rd.
Do you want all the 3 tasks to start on the same date?

Thanks for the explanation. What you are looking for is more like day-wise allocation of resources on a task.  At the moment this is not possible.

I would encourage you to post your request in our "Feature Requests" forum to expedite its development. To post your idea, click here : http://bit.ly/xIfPMP
