We have staff with different target utilization rates. For example, senior leadership has a target of 67% because they do more office management and marketing. Project Managers do some marketing and management and have a utilization of 85%. Production staff have a target utilization of 95%. Is there a way to set this criteria up for different users to help get an accurate read on their resource allocation?
We do not want to book senior leadership for 40 hours on specific projects when they still have other general office work to do. We are not sure how to do this without creating General Office & General Marketing as a project that runs forever and will constantly need to be scheduled. Any suggestions are welcome.
